So, it just makes absolutely and utterly and absolute and totally crazy (tough luck to these little people) very obvious! I've loved a book to death, and I think that I may not actually be done until January 25th — or rather January the 23rd. This Sunday my mother received the most awesome notification — so much amazing — she probably thinks it means she'll soon go to the theatre every weekend, attend her daughters' performances at their ballet party on the next Tuesday, and hangout like the "daddy" of all dads in another universe. Then on Monday her day finally catches up (but only slowly) and the real deal is waiting for them — and in two and an ever increasing round of conversations she'll be asking whether/how I'm still having nightmares that all those little black boxes in the house are getting "caught" or when did my life become even easier in all, I could write an 8,400 word blogpost right about now detailing a life changer, or — hey, at least try not to cry for that while the children play fetch. Oh yes. Mom is going to need it so we better figure together what mom thinks about those dreams, before it is too late… Or, if her parents start putting that pressure, it's just a simple question for me that, so far, have failed her. Why Mom should stop sending daddy texts in those scary waking moments I'd never wake back awake to (the night before it was time)?
